Penalty Removal Requests

[This post is for contacting the NPC John. Think of it as an Appointments Post.

It has primarily been used in the past as a way to ICly request death penalty removals, so if you are here for that, make sure to use the Penalty Removal Request form first. Also, this is not required! While contact to John is a must for removing the death penalties, it doesn't have to be threaded out if you want to handwave it.

I assume you're referring to the Malnosso's side of things, since it's obviously different on your end.

To put it simply, negotiations are still in progress. I'm genuinely surprised they haven't begun killing you lot already.

I don't suppose you know anything about this new spirit that's turned up? I had thought it might have been a failed shift from their end at first, but ... the reactions between it and the other spirits make it seem like the cause was something else entirely.

Twila's always been something of an erratic and unbalanced presence; it was kept under lock and key for good reason, after all. My knowledge on that particular spirit is limited, however. I wasn't with the Organization when it was last present in the enclosure.

... I see. Is this something that can be locked away again, or does that fall under your negotiation process?

Sadly, I don't know. As I said, I wasn't a part of this, originally.

One would assume that unless the spirit has adapted to combat whatever locked it away, the same process should work again. But that isn't a certainty at this time.

When it comes to shifts, I suspect that assuming is the wrong thing to do at any point. Although I wonder if there's anything we can do about it ourselves... if it is a spirit, like the others, then there has to be something that might appeal to it. Aside from... sewing rampant chaos in the village, anyway.
