There's two key factors they're gonna put into place. The first is that their assault on the other enclosure, Kin’cora, resulted ultimately in a failure. This means they're not just going to bring along more soldiers, they're also going to bringin' way stronger ones. With that dampening in place we're sittin' ducks. The only way we could hope ta level that field would be ta disable the shift or make it affect them too.

The second bein' that they've fought us before durin' the drafts, they probably have records of the citizens here.
