Penalty Removal Requests

[This post is for contacting the NPC John. Think of it as an Appointments Post.

It has primarily been used in the past as a way to ICly request death penalty removals, so if you are here for that, make sure to use the Penalty Removal Request form first. Also, this is not required! While contact to John is a must for removing the death penalties, it doesn't have to be threaded out if you want to handwave it.

[There are so many questions he wants to ask, but the fact remains that John was very close-lipped.]

...I recognize the name. He was an incompetent man who called himself a scientist. He was transfered away from their headquarters because of his frequent failures.

A man of such incompetence shouldn't have been anywhere near something that could cause what they saw down there -- bodies melded into the walls, poisonous air, a "temporal freeze."

It's a certainty that he wasn't working alone. That much, I can confirm. Otherwise I don't follow the inner workings of the Organization- that is the purpose of ANI and its keeper.

[That would explain the sheer amount of information ANI had on the Organization.]

A shame they have been so quiet, if that is the case.
