Penalty Removal Requests

[This post is for contacting the NPC John. Think of it as an Appointments Post.

It has primarily been used in the past as a way to ICly request death penalty removals, so if you are here for that, make sure to use the Penalty Removal Request form first. Also, this is not required! While contact to John is a must for removing the death penalties, it doesn't have to be threaded out if you want to handwave it.

Oh, any time, I suppose. I can add it to my to-do list. Investigating corpses is hardly a priority.

Of course, if you're interested in faster results, you could just take someone you don't like down there and kill them. See what happens in a week.

I'm not keen on endorsing that kind of experimentation, thank you. [And then again... hadn't there been rogue scientists in the tunnels before who had killed themselves to escape? The only difference had been that this had been found in a deeper part of the tunnels...]

Not presently, no. I can't remember the last time I saw a skeleton in this world. Corpses are always absorbed by the world within a day or two. Even sacrificial deaths can't prevent that.

I'm just concerned. For all we know this could mean that those new exposed sections have another pandora's box waiting in store for us. The skeleton could be the key for that.

As I said, I'll have a look. But it is unusual- the tunnels weren't designed to prevent natural Shifts.

It wouldn't be unusual. The technology for preventing artificial Shifts already exists. Natural Shifts isn't such a jump.
