Well, they don't seem to be designed to incapacitate us. It feels like you just want to see how we'd react in certain situations. Though I still don't see how you get anything out of this, without an organized system.
I don't know; you tell me. What I'm wondering is why you have such random things going for each experiment. What, are you looking for common trends in how the affect everyone? You don't seem to have much luck there.
I have another question that probably isn't related, though, if you'll take it.
Where you even get your ideas for the experiments, I don't think I want to know. As for reading, I'm doing that now; though I haven't found out anything else yet, apart from that you're studying causes and not effects. Or something like that.
But- anyway. I was wondering how you guys're able to kidnap so many at a time and manage to make them disappear so quickly. Is there more than one way to get to you, besides directly beyond the barrier or something?
It's annoying, when you do that. Answer just one of the questions that I ask.
... If you're not looking for home anymore, are you looking for a way out? Or maybe to the other worlds? You're not some bad guys looking to conquer other worlds, are you?
Huh. So you're just as stuck as we are, and you're looking for a way to wherever it is you want to go - home, or whatever. And you're testing various methods out on us to see if they'll work. Which means the way the experiments affect us isn't deliberate, but the experiment itself is.
All this talk about a third party, though - that much is true, right? And - this isn't about "good guys" and "bad guys", is it? It can't be as black and white as that. Though I'm not willing to pitch you as kind-hearted people.
One last thing. The people who disappear - do they make it back home? Is it possible that some of your experiments do actually work in the sense that you're able to send some people back? After all, you could be conducting experiments on us everyday, just that not all of them have effects as loud as what happened last week, for example.
It's not as simple as "add this chemical to this beaker." It takes prep time, tests, more prep time, mathematical checks and rechecks from the eggheads in R&D, etc. Not to mention all the other factors, this is fucking Shifting we're talking about. We'd run them every day if we could.
So it's not everyday, then. But - it is possible that you conduct experiments that we're not aware of, right? Maybe they just don't have effects as chaotic as last week. Maybe they accidentally send people - home, or wherever.

We'll see if I answer it.

So if the effects aren't as important as we think they are- are you trying stuff out on us, and seeing if they'll work the way you want them to?
Except that they haven't, and instead we get these extremely random effects that we keep getting.
And if I'm on the right train of thought here, what exactly are you trying to cause? What are you looking for?

...or maybe not so much, not any more. It's hard to tell sometimes.

Do the others know about this? Others, being everyone else captured.

I wouldn't know. You locked this, after all.

Anyway. Since you're just as stuck as we are, and trying to find a way out, can I ask what you're trying to escape from?
[Filtered]
No, you can't. Sorry.

I'm not going into it. Long explanation and I don't know half of what I'm talking about when I give it.
