Evil is subjective. With any of the Malnosso, I think it is a matter of "how evil" as to whether or not they are.
I'm not going to try and defend his honor or what have you, but if any kind of action is to be taken, it is to either try and figure things out on our own and hope the Malnosso as a whole do not notice, or try and work with the two of you and hope that your goals might actually be to help us.
And I gave you an answer. I don't have a concrete definition of evil, but I would say the Malnosso fall under it. Again, "evil" is more an emotional description - subjective.
You don't have a concrete definition of evil because evil doesn't exist, not because it's subjective. There's a difference between having an opinion and recognizing a valid definition. Kids these days.
