[Ami's voice is softer, lacking the crisp brusqueness of Daisy's. She wonders sometimes if she ought to be able to speak more firmly herself; but this suits her. She smiles as she spots Daisy, and dips her head in a polite greeting, answering with courtesy as always.]

At the very least, after the greeting, Daisy's voice regains her softness.]

Yeah... I still find it a little odd that they wouldn't get him when they had the chance. What were you thinking about, concerning the past mission?

I wasn't thinking anything special; I just want to hear more about it. It seems like an unlikely mission to be connected to their demands, but since it was so recent and close in time, I want to be sure.

I just think they may be running out of options, lately. If they start sending us into civilian Ops when we're supposed to be a classified project...

... Something like it is happening where I'm from. Even though we Spartans are Black Ops, Section Two has been more lenient with our publicity because of my war.
