[Appearing on the journals is a written message as follows. A voice option is provided for a computerized reading of the text.]

Attention Luceti Residents.

The following names are being called to participate in a strike against the cultist hordes:
[the names listed here appear on the journal.]

All subjects are required to arrive at the tunnels at 8AM on the 27th of March for deployment. All listed individuals are required to be present. Subjects will then be escorted to TERRACE for battle preparation and further details.

Target will be Region One, a former Malnosso stronghold, presently in cultist hands. Subjects are advised to prepare for combat in forested areas. Further information will be made available at TERRACE. Questions and answers will not be provided at this time.

[The Malnosso will not reply to this message, but everyone is free to use this post to discuss among themselves, whether using voice options on the journal or doing action threads.]

I would also like to know that, myself. I know there were some Falenans among the Kin’corans, but I do not know if we will see them there.

Like I said, Steve and I went to war together. I... didn't exactly make it through. Better men than me didn't make it through. I buried some of them myself.

Henry can only remain silent at that. Bucky died? He had died back home? But, that couldn't be true. Bucky's a hero. Heroes don't die...

But, then again Graham was a hero and he was killed. He can't respond to that. Instead he just shuts the book. Bucky made his decision easier.

[There's a jolt of electricity that crosses to the two prongs at the end of the taser.]

All right than. It's settled. No going easy on those cultists out there. We knock 'em out and leave the Malnosso to put them in jail.

He nodded and gave a slight wave. "Try and avoid dying out there."

[She jumps a little upon seeing that short jolt. She stares at the taser in her hand and nods, as she speaks. She's still getting used to the fact that she's holding a weapon for the first time in her life.]

R-Right. I've got control. It's just a...a weapon. That's all.

Why wouldn't someone wanna back you up? You're able to help out a lot as long as you can concentrate, and you're cute too. I get that you're saying about trust, but you gotta be able to find someone.

It will be difficult to gather information about others' home worlds once we are deployed and sent out onto the battlefield, but it is at least something to keep in mind. [But he didn't have to pursue that topic too far with Frey; he was sure the prince appreciated any ties to their home world as much as he did.]

...I doubt we will be having customers for much longer, but we should at least finish these orders while they are still here. [He looks towards the kitchen exit.]

[There is a faint snort, as if the question itself is unnecessary.]

None of the above. I appreciate the gesture, Buffy -- and I would tell you to do the same, as much as you can.

[Even then, his tone is knowing; she would be exposed to far more of the fighting than he would ever willingly allow of himself.]

[He sighs faintly at the mention of the volatile Kin'corans, but nods.]

I do not recall any key contacts myself, but good relations with the enclosures will at least be somewhat helpful -- especially since Luceti's representation during drafts is much less than others out there.

Indeed. We can make some impression on them, anyway. It's a place to start. [She steps into the other room to retrieve plates and utensils.]

[Clementine doesn't think of herself as weird! It's this place that's weird. It's way too normal and things haven't earned the right to be so normal yet.]

[She sees that look, Rin, and she's not happy about it. She pouts a little, letting out a childish whine.]
