But for the Malnosso to do that, she can only assume there was a surprise attack from the Third Party. The Malnosso are jerks, but they're not such jerks that they wouldn't give people more notice if they were able to. After all, it's in their best interests to have a well rested fighting force.
While she's nervous, there's a small part of her that's eager to fight the Third Party. She's been fighting Training Simulations of Third Party cultists for more than half a year now. She wants to pay them back for the Luceti Valley incident with Zompano - especially the part that got her impaled through the shoulder.
At least she feels much better about the prospect of fighting now. She's much stronger than she was when she got here and more confident about her skills and power. She's not helpless. Especially not now, after she's finally achieved the super saiyan transformation. She doesn't know how to transform at will yet and she hopes she won't have to because she still hasn't learned her limits with it. But...it's one heck of a trump card if she's in desperate need of one.
