Approximately three hours ago, the experimental enclosure known as Kin’cora, located in Region Six, was attacked by a cultist army led by the entity known as The General. His forces breached the barrier and began their invasion. Malnosso Security Forces responded in turn and decimated his forces. Just under half of the enclosure's population was killed or taken for sacrifice before the situation was resolved.

By order of the Commandant, the enclosure designated as Luceti has been approved as a temporary refuge for displaced subjects of the Kin’cora experiment. In approximately six hours, subjects will begin to arrive. They will remain there until such a time as they can be moved to more permanent accommodations. Note, the Kin’cora journal system will be deactivated while within the Luceti enclosure.

Cultist activity continues to be high in Region Six. Expect additional supplies to be limited until situation is resolved. Emergency rations will be routed to the enclosure as they become available. Subjects are urged to use current provisions wisely and to cooperate with displaced refugees. For safety purposes the Shift limiting superhuman abilities will be reduced to ten percent. No further details will be made available at this time.

I'd like to call an emergency meeting of all medical personnel in twenty minutes at the Battle Dome. We don't know how many wounded are going to pouring in and we need to prepare to deal with mass casualties.

Trafalgar, it looks like I'm going to be a little bit late to that. I'm sorry, I'll see what I can do.

[The relief is clear in her tone. She's a doctor now, not just a healer, and a good one, but she knows that there are any number of experienced doctors and healers. She'll fill in as needed, but right now she's needed elsewhere. She trusts her coworkers competency implicitly.]

The observation deck. There should be enough room up there for everyone to meet and not be crammed in like sardines.

[It might be a little cramped in the clinic itself for the staff and casual volunteers at both clinics. And the deck is right next door anyway.]

We've lost a few recently and there might be a few taken I don't know of yet, so I don't have an exact count right now. Between the two clinics there should be around fifteen... sixteen.

With that many, hopefully there won't be too much of a strain on us and we will be able to cover everything.

Hopefully. Maybe we can even enlist some of the refugees as volunteers if they're willing.

That may make the other refugees feel more comfortable, too.

That's what I hope will happen. We have no idea how long they'll be with us. Whatever we can do to set them at ease will be worth it.

An attack by the Third Party that tore their village apart...I am expecting serious injuries.

So am I. And many. And with this increased restriction on our abilities, I don't see recovery rates for our patients being terribly quick, either.

Anything would be very welcome. I imagine we'll run short sooner than later, and that's much appreciated. [Okay, he's heard in from Ino, who he knows can make remedies from them. He himself is not ignorant in there use, but...] Do you have experience in making herbal remedies, Miss?

[This also reminds him to talk to Itachi. If they are going to be short on food, the vegetable and herb garden and the fruit trees in the back would be helpful. But that was mainly his lover's and Law was not going to volunteer knowledge of those resources until speaking with him first.]
