Approximately three hours ago, the experimental enclosure known as Kin’cora, located in Region Six, was attacked by a cultist army led by the entity known as The General. His forces breached the barrier and began their invasion. Malnosso Security Forces responded in turn and decimated his forces. Just under half of the enclosure's population was killed or taken for sacrifice before the situation was resolved.

By order of the Commandant, the enclosure designated as Luceti has been approved as a temporary refuge for displaced subjects of the Kin’cora experiment. In approximately six hours, subjects will begin to arrive. They will remain there until such a time as they can be moved to more permanent accommodations. Note, the Kin’cora journal system will be deactivated while within the Luceti enclosure.

Cultist activity continues to be high in Region Six. Expect additional supplies to be limited until situation is resolved. Emergency rations will be routed to the enclosure as they become available. Subjects are urged to use current provisions wisely and to cooperate with displaced refugees. For safety purposes the Shift limiting superhuman abilities will be reduced to ten percent. No further details will be made available at this time.

Less than ten. Probably six or so, including myself. Rydia also volunteered to help. Recruitment drives have gone pretty dry lately considering we haven't been needed.

I'm glad you contacted me, I was about to call you about this. I think we're going to need to make a joint group for something this big.

... Yeah, we'll definitely need to. I'm still a little shaky on the numbers myself, but I'm pretty sure we've got at least thirteen, maybe fourteen on my end. Probably still not enough, but if more than just Rydia volunteers, we should be all right.

Yeah, other than the supply shortages, I don't anticipate too much trouble. We just need to put fires out if they show up and keep what supplies we have protected.

I really only think we're going to have serious tension problems if the food stores run out. I mean, these people are in the same boat we are, anyway.

So long as we try to make them feel comfortable here as soon as we can, things should be all right. Probably won't stay that way, but it'd give us more time to prepare ourselves for any problems that might turn up.

Yeah, I agree. I'm not sure things will sour for sure, but we should prepare for if they do. I'd much rather over-prepare and end up with a bunch of good, honest folk than be caught unready.

...But we also have to be ready to protect them if one of ours starts something too. A spark might not just set the refugees off, after all.

Yeah, no kidding. We don't have all little angels floating around here, and a situation like this could just make them even more annoying to deal with.

Speaking of sparks flying, I was told that at least one of the smithy owners aren't going to be around to keep things in check there. I don't know about the other three who work there, but none of them seemed able to defend themselves all that well from what I remember.

I take it that it's Sokka who's going to be gone, considering I know he can more than handle himself in a fight.

[Man's fought in several drafts and survived all of them against cultists and Elites. Sokka's no pushover by any means, and Adell knows that.]

But that can only be bad. We may have to restrict access and secure the facility. We should talk to the other workers and keep the weapons hidden somewhere, though we should keep tools readily available in case we need them.

[Those other three ... He's only ever seen Hiccup and Winry in the background at the smithy, and neither seemed like they could really fight all that well, if at all. Not to mention, while he's never actually seen Raven, her description didn't yell out "ultimate warrior" or anything to him.]

I'm not so sure they'll be able to hide everything, but even hiding half of that stuff is a lot better than just letting it all sit out. [a small pause, then--] You want to get in contact with these guys, or should I?
