Approximately three hours ago, the experimental enclosure known as Kin’cora, located in Region Six, was attacked by a cultist army led by the entity known as The General. His forces breached the barrier and began their invasion. Malnosso Security Forces responded in turn and decimated his forces. Just under half of the enclosure's population was killed or taken for sacrifice before the situation was resolved.

By order of the Commandant, the enclosure designated as Luceti has been approved as a temporary refuge for displaced subjects of the Kin’cora experiment. In approximately six hours, subjects will begin to arrive. They will remain there until such a time as they can be moved to more permanent accommodations. Note, the Kin’cora journal system will be deactivated while within the Luceti enclosure.

Cultist activity continues to be high in Region Six. Expect additional supplies to be limited until situation is resolved. Emergency rations will be routed to the enclosure as they become available. Subjects are urged to use current provisions wisely and to cooperate with displaced refugees. For safety purposes the Shift limiting superhuman abilities will be reduced to ten percent. No further details will be made available at this time.

Okay, good. What I need you to do right now is go with Sokka and catch as many as you can from the ocean while we still have this much power. Can you do that?

[She can do it, but will she? Korra doesn't want to sit around gathering fish. What she wants is to find a way to slip passed this stupid barrier, and punch these stupid Malnosso in the face. Break a jaw or two, you know? But she knows she isn't able to do that. At least not yet. Maybe when the people come in, if they're not shifted in-]

I can do that. [Katara is someone she respects. Korra cannot deny that. Though there isn't any promises she won't run off later.]

[Unfortunately, Katara doesn't know Korra well enough to be aware of this internal conflict, or else she'd probably get an inspiring speech about caring for people in crisis. As it is, she's just glad that Korra's matching up to expectations and being practical. Although "glad" might be an overstatement - honestly, she hadn't expected anything less.]

[She's not happy about it though. Katara wants to help people, Aang is in the same boat, and Sokka wouldn't understand the emptiness she'll undoubtedly feel when the increased power cap is put on. She could probably talk to Tahno- would he even care? He's not the most sympathetic of people anyway. Korra hates feeling alone in this.]

It's just a shame that right now, Katara is so occupied with what needs to be done that she doesn't see how deeply this is bothering the other girl. Maybe they'll have a chance to talk later.]
