Approximately three hours ago, the experimental enclosure known as Kin’cora, located in Region Six, was attacked by a cultist army led by the entity known as The General. His forces breached the barrier and began their invasion. Malnosso Security Forces responded in turn and decimated his forces. Just under half of the enclosure's population was killed or taken for sacrifice before the situation was resolved.

By order of the Commandant, the enclosure designated as Luceti has been approved as a temporary refuge for displaced subjects of the Kin’cora experiment. In approximately six hours, subjects will begin to arrive. They will remain there until such a time as they can be moved to more permanent accommodations. Note, the Kin’cora journal system will be deactivated while within the Luceti enclosure.

Cultist activity continues to be high in Region Six. Expect additional supplies to be limited until situation is resolved. Emergency rations will be routed to the enclosure as they become available. Subjects are urged to use current provisions wisely and to cooperate with displaced refugees. For safety purposes the Shift limiting superhuman abilities will be reduced to ten percent. No further details will be made available at this time.

It's not Brave Vesperia's job ta handle the Malnosso's mistakes. I'll support the guild, but if it comes ta conflict I'd rather not get involved. These are likely ta be people from world's like our own, they may even be people know.

I wasn't about to make the guild run around, trying to clean up after the Malnosso. Give me a little time to figure things out before you start saying stuff like that.

Scouting. You don't need to take part in breaking up any fights, or anything like that, but we could use someone to keep an eye out and let us know what's happening where. It'd be a lot easier than having us run around, hoping we come across any problems before they turn into big deals.

It could be possible that the Malnosso have leaked information ta them that we're not aware of yet. Such as how we keep findin' out stuff about that Bil guy, they might know things about the rest of the organization! I'll just keep an eye on them anyway, I doubt they're going to be friendly and open, even if it would benefit us both ta exchange info,

True ... They won't spill everything they know to us, if anything at all, but I doubt they wouldn't talk amongst themselves about that sort of thing while they're stuck here. [ ... ] ... I don't like the thought of sending you out to spy on these guys like that, but try to listen in on them when you can. Whether they know stuff about the organization or not, they could know something else that might be helpful.
