[ Filtered away from the Malnosso ]
[A filtered broadcast appears on Luceti's journals on the evening of the 29th.]
Ah. Luceti. It sure has been a while. My, how things change...
[And, oh, how they stay the same. The woman’s voice falls silent for the soft click and gasp of a lighter.]
I hear that not all of you have been playing nicely with my charges; then again, I doubt they made a point to play too nicely, either. [Laughter.] I would bet my last credit that Korras didn't.
Speaking of Blake, could a helpful soul put him on the line? Since the Malnosso shut down their books, it's been...or...blast it, you'll have to do. All of you. Listen -- two days from now, your guests are cleared to return to Kin'cora. Be dears and tell my children they're to line up at your pretty little teleporters. The Organization didn’t see fit to share their schedule but I certainly do see fit to pass it on. Unlike them, I find less entertainment in watching the machines round them up. This way, perhaps only the stragglers will be subjected to that.

So these Kin'Corran people... they're yours?

We'd love to help you with that, madame, but they're not the sort to stay in line once they get there.

Their journals, of course. They have a model very similar to your own.

I'll gladly help spread the word about your message, Ma'am. I'm glad to hear that their home is safe now. It's a shame that people don't seem to be getting so well while they're here, though... I want to help out with that situation while they're still here.

They've been a bit...difficult, yes. B-But I can't really say I'm surprised. I-I mean from the sounds of it, and their own situation, it does seem like we have the advantage over them... [ but he hardly sounds proud of that fact. No. He's more sad than anything. He hasn't been here for as long as others but the he can only imagine what it must be like not having everything as they do here, now. No electricity or anything like that? It was hard just for this week alone, let alone for several months. ]
Y-You're the one in charge of them?

Unexpected, but given the familiar voices recently - the Count's being a far older one, of course - she'll do her best to listen to what's said. Others have gotten to the meat of what she's asking first, of course, which perhaps leaves room for other things.]
... Goodness, it's been a long time. And here I thought you were an observer, not a shepardess.

Hello, though. Again.

And if you need to evacuate them again? I think you'll find that many people here won't be too eager to play host again after this.

Some of them are going to need help getting to the transporters. We'll do what we can - [she speaks with confidence for the medical workers, she's sure that Trafalgar will back her up] - but a lot of them were heavily injured when they arrived. With the increased power cap, our ability to help them was limited.
And there have been other injuries as well - many of them less severe, but they'll still need help once they get to where they're going.
[Heavily implied: Will they HAVE that help?}

She'd intended ask if there was any way for Kelly to stay, but that had already been asked and denied. She takes a moment to work on her best filter. And goes with the next best thing.]
If you're sure no one can stay behind, then what about if one of us wanted to go with them.

Just like above, she undoes that filter for her own response.]

And you're right. Not all of your kids have been playing nicely. I've been putting out fires most of the week. But there have been some good ones in the lot too.
I'll help spread the word for their departure time. But is there any way to say it so they'll believe me?
[Voice]
Tell them their Monroe sends her regards. That should get some of their attentions.
