[Voice, Locked to Residents]
[At approximately 4AM in the morning of the 25th, the journals will suddenly blare with the sound of an alarm, followed quickly by this message:]
Attention, Region Six. This is an emergency. The following occupants are required to report to the teleporters in one hour to act as a reserve force for an unscheduled battle located in Region Eleven, designation Vaskoth.
[A list of names is posted.]
Those who refuse will be forcibly dragged, and we take no responsibility for any injuries obtained should that happen. Anyone not summoned will not be accepted, either as additional forces or as replacements for someone else. Weaponry and equipment not native to this world is incompatible with the nature of your location, and will therefore not be permitted. Suitable replacements may be available to you at your destination. You will rendezvous with Specialist Davis upon arrival, and he will direct you from there.
I repeat, you have one hour. Don't waste your preparation time with pointless questions. Get moving.
[ooc: as stated, the commandant won't answer willy-nilly, so this post can be used for draft prep if you want! Also the full draft details a HERE, for anyone who missed it!]

[Action]
[He watches Emmet hand his Pokémon over and mulls it over for a moment. On one hand, Ingo will need the Pokémon. On the other hand...]
If anything bad happens here, head to our house, alright? [...] Everything's gonna be okay. We just don't have much time right now.
[Action]
Emmet... [No, he-- he can't. Not all of them.] At least-- keep one of them. [If only for his wellbeing, really.
Fine, he'll fasten his coat shut. Whatever Silver says; he's too busy worrying over Emmet to really protest much else. He can see Emmet's fear, the slip of the smile... It's awful, it's torture.]
...You have to stay safe for me, too. Alright? [Be careful, Emmet. Be careful while he can't be around to provide support.]
[Action]
[Nope, all of them, take all of them.]
You be careful, too, Silver... both of you come back in one piece.
[Action]
He just doesn't know how much it will impact them.] We will. There's no doubt about that.
[Action]
Mm. When.
[He'll keep his guard up, though-- always. But even with that, it hurts to leave-- burns, almost-- to ready himself to turn and walk out the door.
...Sorry, Silver. But let him hug Emmet one more time.]
[Action]
I'll make sure this place is okay. You two take care of yourselves. Be safe.
[Action]
But there's nothing they can do about it. Once they've had their moment, he's quick to usher Ingo out before it becomes harder for him to leave.]
[Action]
[Okay. Okay, he can-- He can manage this, a little.
Time to go, with Silver-- and Ingo won't risk looking over his shoulder as he leaves, in case he'd lose his nerve entirely.]
