Attention Luceti Residents.

The following names are being called to participate in a strike against the cultist hordes:
[the names listed here appear on the journal.]

All subjects are required to arrive at the tunnels at 8AM on the 27th of March for deployment. All listed individuals are required to be present. Subjects will then be escorted to TERRACE for battle preparation and further details.

Target will be Region One, a former Malnosso stronghold, presently in cultist hands. Subjects are advised to prepare for combat in forested areas. Further information will be made available at TERRACE. Questions and answers will not be provided at this time.

[The Malnosso will not reply to this message, but everyone is free to use this post to discuss among themselves, whether using voice options on the journal or doing action threads.]

But, since we're getting clear about things...if this place is high tech for you? It's pretty low tech for me. We can probly assist in different ways on this.

Nah. I'm not a Fellpool, and I'm not from Expel. And yes, there are some very cat-like Fellpool out there.

I'm a Klausian, from the third planet in that system. Nothing too special, really.

Klausian... [He tests the word out. It was hard enough to remember the Dutch and the Portuguese and then the Americans and whoever else was now knocking at the doors of their country, but this word is completely foreign to him.]

What is it like? Klaus. Your home?

Heh. [He chuckled.] Like I said, it's nothing too special compared to most places. The weather ain't this unstable, for sure, but I doubt most people here would be happy with a long vacation there.

Well. Most Earthlings...but that's most of the people 'round here, isn't it?

And I really wouldn't know. I never learned about the stars beyond which ones to follow when I was out at night.

Aah. Right. That would be the case for ya, wouldn't it? Anything up there must seem kinda cool.

But you're gonna have to trust me when I say that Earthlings won't like staying at my home for too long. The way the planet's set up is different. Denser gravity compared to Earth. Less oxygen in the air. It can make someone sick if they're not used to it...so, we've gotta be careful.

A friend here once said he would take me to see what was up there someday. [But then the Doctor left. He really couldn't blame him though. He wasn't a man who could be tied down.] I've always wondered since.

And is that why you're so big? Are all your people that big?

By your standards? Yea. Probly.

[He chuckled.]

I might not be able to get you out there, but I do have a program in the Dome set up for some fun. I'm not quite satisfied with it yet...but, that'll be for later.

[He laughs.] I think you are big by most people's standards, Cliff-san.

When you finish your program, I would like to see it. I've never had the opportunity to see other worlds before.

I'm not that big! I can fit through doors with no problem! mostly.

I've actually been working on my ship, not too much in a settings department. After this is done, I could work on something for you.

Do you have to duck to fit through the doors? [Because then it doesn't really count. At all.]

And thank you for your offer, Cliff-san, but I think building my dojo in the simulations room would be very boring for you. It's not unlike the barracks already.

[Okay, he can't help but giggle at that. He knew he was right about the doors.

Even if he wasn't right about the simulation room. That's actually kind of surprising that someone would spend all that time just to show him what space would look like.]

[He hadn't expected that note of awe in Souji's voice. He scratched his head.]

Yea. There's more than enough time here to do something like that...and it's not hunting down ping pong balls.

...What are ping pong balls?

[He sighed.]

There's these little white balls, this green table, a net, and these paddles. You use the paddles to bounce the ball off the table and over the net. You need to volley the ball back again too, or else you lose points.

[....oh. Oh! It's a game. :D Hooray~~~~]

Oh~ I see. Do you get more points for hunting the balls then?

Do they have it at the recreation centre? We should play sometime - after all of this is done.
