[Voice, locked to residents] --EMERGENCY--EMERGENCY--EMERGENCY--EMERGENCY--
[At 2:15AM, the journals suddenly blare out an alarm, followed by this message.]
EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY. This is an emergency.
The following occupants of the Luceti enclosure must report to the teleporters in twenty minutes. You are required as reinforcements in Region 13. Bring all necessary armaments with you. You will be teleported directly into combat.
Anyone who fails to comply will be forcibly escorted to the teleporters by droids.
This is not a drill. I repeat: this is not a drill. You have twenty minutes.
[The message repeats twice more, the alarm continuing until the twenty minutes has elapsed. No questions will be answered.]

[Action on the way to the teleporters/At the teleporters]
Still, something about this didn't really sit well with him. Maybe he was just being pessimistic, but he just had a bad feeling about all this. A really, really bad feeling. He doesn't bother with flying as he heads out the door, no point in wasting energy if they're going to be dropped into combat.
Krillin walks briskly to the teleporters, muttering to himself the whole time. Once he does arrive, he starts stretching, a series of exercises from the Orin Temple as well as from King Kai...and then he raises his power level a bit, a white sheen of energy forming all around him.
It's go time.]
Teleporters
He paused, seeing the glow around Krillin, thinking back toTrunks, and Vegeta - whom he had not seen in a long time, come to think of it. Of course, Krillin could be from a different world entirely. ]
You one of the guys with powers, I take it?
[ Conversation. Maybe that would ease things. ]

[Krillin keeps stretching, looking at the newcomer with a neutral expression. He wasn't feeling much ki in the guy, but the gun strapped to his waist looked pretty high tech. Maybe some sort of space man or gunslinger.
I've trained with some of the greatest fighters in my world. I just hope I can make a difference out there.

[ He looked around at those gathered and he nodded. ]
I think you might have more luck at it than me. I'm used to space ships, to be honest, not front-lines.
no subject
I just hope the stuff Vegeta programmed for me to train against was accurate.
no subject
Knowing him? Probably. He probably set them to maximum "try and kill you levels" too. He never seemed like a guy who would get a kick out of "we might just take you prisoner" kind of levels in the sims.

[The little guy offers a hand.]
I'm Krillin.
no subject
[ He took it and gave a firm shake. ]
James T. Kirk, though everyone calls me Kirk. Or Jim if you're Thor.
Nice to meet you, Krillin. So, you a Saiyan like Vegeta? Or did you just meet him here?
no subject
[He shrugs.]
Known him a while now. But I grew up with Goku.
no subject
Goku... Oh yeah, I've talked to him a couple of times too. Man, the Malnosso must really like whatever mojo you guys are working with on your planet.
[ He shook his head. ]
Does everyone have crazy powers where you come from?
no subject
No, not everyone. Just the people who've trained with the right teachers.
no subject
That's kind of a relief.
[ He laughed a little bit and cracked his neck. ]
I wish they would tell us something already...
no subject
[He shrugs, mentally closing down and trying to focus on the future and the upcoming fight.]
Good luck out there, Kirk.
no subject
You too, Krillin. Maybe after this you could show me how to do the energy-glow thing? Vegeta's a bit to rough of a teacher for me.
[ He grinned at him, a reassuring grin, the grin a captain gave to his crew to tell them it would be all right, they just had to get through the horse-crap first to get to the green field beyond. He waved and headed off
teleporters
[Seventeen walked in after he landed. Both hands tucked in his pockets as he walked calmly in the area. He wore his Red Ribbon attire minus the logo. He found a better black shirt.] What a bother.
no subject
At least they didn't just drag us out. Twenty minutes is better than nothing.
no subject
[Because it looks funny...]

[Shruuuuuuggg]
no subject
[Which says... a lot.]

Whatever works for you guys.
