[Voice, locked to residents] --EMERGENCY--EMERGENCY--EMERGENCY--EMERGENCY--
[At 2:15AM, the journals suddenly blare out an alarm, followed by this message.]
EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY. This is an emergency.
The following occupants of the Luceti enclosure must report to the teleporters in twenty minutes. You are required as reinforcements in Region 13. Bring all necessary armaments with you. You will be teleported directly into combat.
Anyone who fails to comply will be forcibly escorted to the teleporters by droids.
This is not a drill. I repeat: this is not a drill. You have twenty minutes.
[The message repeats twice more, the alarm continuing until the twenty minutes has elapsed. No questions will be answered.]

[Flame Building]
But it's a time to focus and time is running out.]
/I'll come back./
[Whether it's with everyone else or a week later she can't say, but she'll be back one way or another.]
[Flame Building]
[It's supposed to come out it a more humorous tone, but instead there is a flat quality to the words, an almost dead feeling in his voice. Evan grimaces at his own tone before shaking his head slightly to himself.]
Well one way or another... [He trails off before shaking his head again. This time he moves in and hugs her, whispering into her hair an old charm he learned a long time ago. The words are unclear, buried into her scalp.]
[Flame Building]
Ginia returns the hug, squeezes him hard. She almost doesn't want to let go, but she has to. Better walk willingly then have droids drag her away.
Reluctantly, she pulls away, too quick, too soon.]
/Don't stay cooped up. Go on walks. Learn the village./
[Flame Building]
The end of the hug is strangely abrupt and it feels rather like someone has torn open his chest.
But her comments have him give a wan smile.]
I will. Promise.
((ooc; I couldn't remember when we plotted the tag slip SO I JUST. Yeah.))
[Flame Building]
(She also wouldn't be surprised if he didn't get to know anyone.)
She reaches down and picks up her go bag, shouldering it.]
/I have to go now./
[Reluctantly, Ginia walks toward the door.]
[Flame Building] I... I don't even know.
He follows her to the door, walking just a bit to close.]
Take care of yourself.
[A dark smirk twists his lips and he murmurs:]
Kill all who are a threat...
[He trials off, recalling a chant he learned a long time ago...
Let none survive to take your back.
No remorse for those who slack.
All that oppose you must fall.
Not even their Shadows will darken the wall.
Kill them all.
He shivers.]
[Flame Building]
It's a quiet reminder of the difference in their backgrounds, of the difference in so many of the backgrounds. Not a soldier, not a ninja, not a pirate, not a mage. So what is she?
Ahh. Right. Hunter.
Flush them out and hunt them down.
Ginia looks back at Evan and gives a firm nod. Leave no survivors.
And so she leaves.]
