EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY. This is an emergency.

The following occupants of the Luceti enclosure must report to the teleporters in twenty minutes. You are required as reinforcements in Region 13. Bring all necessary armaments with you. You will be teleported directly into combat.

Anyone who fails to comply will be forcibly escorted to the teleporters by droids.

This is not a drill. I repeat: this is not a drill. You have twenty minutes.

[The message repeats twice more, the alarm continuing until the twenty minutes has elapsed. No questions will be answered.]

[Reaching into his coat he produced a flask, giving it a shake to prove it was in fact full from the sound of liquid sloshing around in it.]

Donno if I would call them 'mine', bein' back home we normally on opposite sides, mais oui, seems got a few 'bout. [And none that should be there. All of them were kids! Bar Rogue, who seemed like she was too jaded from previous battles already. The rest of the X-Men and Wanda had no idea what they were getting into neither did he, that this wasn't some school yard turf war they were use to.]

Yeah, safety in numbers and all that. Though it looks like we have quite a few of us here with super powers of some kind, you know?

Hmm? Oh, no, not really. I mean, Spock has semi-psychic abilities, all Vulcans do. But he can't move things around or anything. And I guess I don't see that as a power, it's just part of their biology. I've been with people that have horns or have tails or green skin. It's not weird, it's just that race.

If we're talking powers like Vegeta or Loki though, no, no one has anything like that - that we know of, anyways. It's a big old universe and all.

Oui, this place be a wake up call to all that, if not more towards 'universes' than a singular one.

I totally believe it's entirely possible there are other Earth's in this universe, or if not we're all from different time-streams, I guess. Honestly it's just a headache and there's no use in doubting what's right in front of you in the flesh, right?

Once.... I wish I could say it was pleasant, but it's not. It's war, and we're the foot soldiers. Last time we could snag air ships, which is where I more or less excel. Can't say what will be on the other side of this one though.

Goin' to have to argue ya on that, King be the most important as once it falls it be game over. Queen just be the most dangerous, as with most femmes.
