My my, so! I imagine all of you are wondering what's going on here! I know, we don't contact you very much, but gracious me this should change! Yes. Oh, but of course the Great One has spoken to you concerning our offer! I heard that he would from the previous management, yes, and the Great One is nothing if not thorough! Naturally, I imagine he informed you of the circumstances of the agreement, but for those of you unfortunate enough to miss an audience with him, I shall summarize!

You will be contracted to fight in various skirmishes to which we will transport you in exchange for more modern accommodations within your enclosure (electricity/energy, appliances, central lighting and heat) and perhaps an end to the experimentation, if all goes well. Naturally, when you are out we will provide you with world-class accommodations! Anything your heart could desire for your quarters- well, within reason. We're not miracle workers after all! [Have a joyful laugh!]

Likewise, if you require special tools or vehicles for battle, we will do our best to provide those as well. You need only ask!

So, I ask of you, are you interested? It would be wonderful if we could put an end to all this!

I'm sure the General would have a few words were he to meet you eye-to-eye out on the battlefield.

Will we be provided with scouting information upon reaching a new settlement, or will we need to start from scratch? Will we be able to use the settlement structures as we wish? How will we request for information or supplies while we are out there?

Has the Great One said anything about what will happen within the barrier while volunteers are on the battlefield? We certainly didn't hear anything about that from him.

As you've probably taken notice, experimentation has greatly slowed down. I'm hoping to slow it as we go, but there is the small problem of outside Shifts taking their place. Much less predictable! So, until our disagreement with the cult has been settled, I'm afraid there won't be much changes within the enclosure aside from those I stated above.

That is less than comforting for residents, as your disagreement with the ... cult doesn't seem to be close to reaching any kind of "settlement." How long have the Organization and the cult been at odds?

Oh, but we've been much more successful at driving them away! Why, just a century or two ago the Organization was little more than a network of nomads hiding out in caves and natural Shifting voids!

So the Organization's technology rose exponentially only 'recently.' Because of the Great One's endeavors, correct?

Someone with that exceptional 'trait' we share? I'm afraid we were only talked down upon by the scientists when we asked who he was. He sounds like someone I would have wanted to meet.
